The symbol of Mélusine fairy  represents the tradition of the exceptional cuvee and the secular history of this vineyard.
Made from a choice of  pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon selected and prepared with a long and carefully wine making process, this cuvee deserves all your attention.

- Dark and dense robe of a deep garnet colour with tender purple reflexions.
- Nose very present of freshly gathered grapes expression blackberry and bud of blackcurrant.
- Suave and round, delicate texture of wild blueberries, concentration of blackcurrant.
- Velvety, slightly  granulous at the end of the mouth but well-matured, enveloping tannins.

To prefer with farm poultries (ducks, geese) or oasted meats, fermented cheeses.
To drink at 11° to 13°C. To keep from 3 to 6 years.

Notes:
Guide Gilbert&Gaillard: 86/100: constant red robe. Pleasant rasberry, violet, very floral nose in mouth at the same time powerful, smooth fresh wine. One finds the fruit flavours there perceived with the nose. Slightly tannic finish. Elegant wine.
